Solluz uses only the data required to respond to requests, assess projects, prepare proposals, perform contracts and protect its communication channels. The website does not sell personal data and does not automatically submit forms. The message is opened in WhatsApp so the user can review and send it.

2. Personal Data We May Process
Depending on the channel used, we may process your name, phone number, email address, city, profile, company, residential community, property type, information about utility bills, equipment, installations, projects and the description of your needs.
Hosting and security infrastructure may record your IP address, date and time, browser, device, pages accessed and technical events required for website availability and protection.
Do not submit sensitive personal data, passwords, identity documents, bank details or confidential information through open forms. When a document is required for an assessment, Solluz will indicate an appropriate channel and the specific purpose.
3. How We Obtain Personal Data
- Directly from the data subject when a form, message, email or document is submitted.
- From representatives of businesses, residential communities, suppliers or partners within a professional relationship.
- From technical records generated by website hosting and security systems.
We use the information to respond to questions, organize contact, perform an initial review, prepare meetings and take preliminary steps requested by the data subject before a potential engagement.
Data may be used to prepare proposals, perform contracts, provide support, record decisions and comply with commercial, technical, tax and regulatory obligations.
Technical records may be processed to prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access and security incidents, based on channel protection and legitimate interests compatible with user expectations.

Consent will be used only when it is the appropriate legal basis and will be requested separately, specifically and optionally. Contacting Solluz to request information or a proposal does not constitute consent to marketing.
Security & Organization of Communication Channels
Data may be processed by service providers required for the operation of the communication channels, including Hostinger, email providers and WhatsApp/Meta. When WhatsApp is selected, the message is submitted only after the user reviews and sends it through the platform.
Consent
Information may also be shared, to the extent necessary, with professionals, systems integrators, manufacturers, distributors or partners involved in assessing or performing a project, subject to purpose, confidentiality and security obligations.
Solluz does not sell or make personal data available for third-party advertising.
Some technology providers may store or process data outside Brazil. When this occurs, Solluz will seek to use providers and mechanisms compatible with Brazil’s General Data Protection Law —

Information entered into the forms is not stored by the website before submission. After the user sends the message, the information may exist in WhatsApp, email or Solluz’s commercial records.
Contacts that do not progress to a proposal or contract may be retained for up to
24 months after the last interaction
- to support continued service, after which they will be deleted or anonymized unless there is a legitimate need for retention.
- Data related to proposals, contracts, payments, warranties and service performance will be retained during the relationship and for the periods required by law.
- Technical security records follow the periods defined by the infrastructure and are reviewed according to need and risk.
The data subject may request deletion when applicable. Deletion may be refused or limited when retention is required by law, necessary for contract performance or required for the exercise of legal rights.
8. Data-Subject Rights
Data subjects may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, information about sharing, anonymization, restriction or deletion where applicable, portability subject to regulation, objection, review of automated decisions and withdrawal of consent.
Solluz does not currently use decisions based exclusively on automated processing that produce significant effects on data subjects.
Requests may be submitted tocontato@solluz-iot.com.br. Solluz may request additional information strictly necessary to confirm identity and prevent unauthorized access. Requests will be answered within the periods established by law. Data subjects may also submit a petition to the ANPD.
9. Security & Incidents
Solluz adopts administrative and technical safeguards proportionate to its size, data volume and risks, including access controls, strong passwords, updates, backups, device protection and limited sharing.
In the event of a personal-data incident, Solluz will assess the risks, take containment measures, maintain the required records and notify the ANPD and affected data subjects when there is a relevant risk or potential harm, as required by applicable law.
11. Children & Adolescents
The website is intended to present services and enable contact with property owners, managers, businesses, residential communities and professionals. Solluz does not intentionally seek to collect data from children or adolescents through these forms. A parent or legal guardian who identifies an improper submission may request deletion through the privacy channel.

This notice may be updated to reflect legal, technical or operational changes or changes to service providers. Material changes will be highlighted, and the date of the latest version will remain displayed at the beginning of the page.
